Happy St. Piran’s Day to you all! It’s been a sunny but very cold one here in North Cornwall.
Progress at Cancleave has moved on swiftly since I last wrote in January when we were completing the R-Wall construction.
We are now at the stage where we have completed the roof and the fascias and guttering have been fitted. The stud partitions are all up and the first fix electrics and plumbing are both nearing completion.
We’ve also installed the heat recovery unit and all the associated ducting throughout the loft.
Over the last couple of days the team from Prime Windows have completed fitting the Origin windows, external doors and bi-fold doors which all look fantastic!
This coming week will see the floors insulated, the underfloor heating installed and the liquid floor screed being poured.
It’s all very exciting and we are very much looking forward to the next phases moving towards completion.
