The new Cancleave is finished and open for guests following a complete knock down and rebuild through the winter and spring of 2020/21.
The build was carried out by Dunkin Construction using ICF (insulated concrete formwork) provided by R-Wall. The entire process went incredibly smoothly from start to finish and took just over 7 months from start to finish, including the demolition of the existing building.
Over the course of the project Apex Aerial Imaging documented the progress using drones, ground based cameras and time-lapse cameras. The result of their efforts can be seen in the following short film.
