What a stunning Easter that was! For those of you that visited us over the Easter period you’ll know what a cracker it was and how beautiful our little corner of North Cornwall is. Everything is starting to come to life, the water is starting to warm up (honestly), the surf has been perfect and for me it’s just the best time of year.
Due to a cancellation we now have a couple of weeks available in August 2015 as well as several weeks in May and June. Full details of availability and prices, together with a downloadable booking from can be found here
Winter may be appearing to tighten its grip on us this week but Spring is not too far away. Down here in tropical Cornwall the daffodils are evening starting bloom, although they might be wishing they’d waited a little longer!
We still have plenty of availability during May and June which in my opinion are the best months of the year. The weather can be amazing during this time and with the longer days you get the best value for your money.
So, if you’d like to visit our beautiful corner of North Cornwall the Spring or Summer, please get in touch with us now to avoid disappointment.
It still doesn’t feel very wintery and we are promised to expect the warmest Halloween on record tomorrow. However, we are also told to expect temperatures to take nosedive next week so maybe this will signify a transition into more wintery scenes.
I love the cold, crisp frosty conditions but I’m not so keen on the cold and wet weather that we sometimes get. Whatever the weather, winter does throw up some magnificent scenes.
One of the many beautiful things about the North Cornish coastline is the amazing skies and sunsets that we experience. As weather fronts move through and conditions change there can be dramatic conditions that change so quickly.
Here, after a fairly dull, wet day, the sun finally broke through creating stunning evening light. You never what might happen next, you’ve just got to be here to find out.
We still have some vacancies in May, June and July so what are you waiting for?
After a stunning Easter we are now looking forward to a cracking summer season ahead. We still have limited availability during April, May, June and July so give us a shout to book a week in our stunning corner of North Cornwall.
We can still offer free surf hire, subject to availability, through our partners at NCS Surfboards
Our local traditional gig rowing club, Boscastle and Crackington Pilot Gig Club held a junior rowing session out of Boscastle on Easter Saturday and had an amazing day on the sea.
